From the Parkway in Gatlinburg turn onto Reagan Dr, Ripleys museum is on that corner. Keep going you will see the space needle on your right  just a little ways up. you will come to a stop sign.Keep going straight ahead . The Shilling center is on your left, it's a one story brick building with shrubbery seperating the parking lot in half. This building shares the  un-employment office as well, so not to be alarmed.
